We're sorry to see you go. To cancel your membership, please fill out the form below with your details. We'll send you a cancellation confirmation within two business days.

Important:

• Your final month of lessons are not prorated. If you cancel partway through the month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining lessons in the current month.

• Cancellations submitted after the 15th of the month will result in an additional full month of tuition being charged.
